Kisling Consultants LLC is comprised of certified Black Belts, Master Black Belts and Lean Leaders who have expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Production, Digitization, WorkOut facilitation, and change acceleration from General Electric's Jack Welch era. We then held operations roles inside the GE Company to implement, validate and improve these programs to be successful in a real world environment. At GE we have worked with McKinsey & Company for strategy development and Shingijutsu Company for tactical improvement using Lean Production.
