Our consultants are all former GE Black Belts, Master Black Belts or Plant Managers from the Jack Welch era. We all are seasoned WorkOut and CAP (Change Acceleration Process) facilitators. Each of us has had extensive training in Environment, Health and Safety practices and in anti-trust, union, and anti-discrimination laws. We have all done U.S. government contracting.
We have operated businesses from $12MM to $32MM in sales, directing all aspects of its success. Marketing, sales, costs, quality, productivity, profit, EHS performance, and facility plant and equipment purchases all fell under our control. Initiatives that we have taught and implemented elsewhere as facilitators, Black Belts, Master Black Belts, and Digitization Leaders were proven and improved in those Plant Manager roles.
