Shana has over twenty years of solid performance and success in project management, continuous process improvement, quality, and cross-functional team management across a variety of industries, including energy services, healthcare and financial services.  She spent 19 years with the Fortune 50 all-star, the General Electric Company, and has since been employed at Zions Bancorporation.  She managed the technology needs of a $100MM Healthcare Services Business through effective utilization of global resources, creating a $7.5MM revenue-enabling “Quick Order Entry” system while delivering an additional $500K benefits by executing a clear digitization vision and project roadmap.  She has also led cross-functional, high-performing financial services teams to develop and implement critical banking functionality and systems.

As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Shana has led and facilitated numerous cross-functional teams in applying process improvement tools to enhance business efficiencies and effectiveness.  She has also developed training materials and conducted group training sessions on Six Sigma, Lean, and Corrective Action / Preventive Action

Shana thrives on helping organizations identify their Critical to Quality Success Factors from the Customer’s perspective, developing a plan to deliver exceptional value to those customers, and executing against that plan with clear measures of success.

She received her M.B.A. Summa Cum Laude from Westminster College (Salt Lake City, UT) and her B.A. Degree in Engineering / Psychology from Dartmouth College (Hanover, NH). She is an active community volunteer and was instrumental in the analysis and selection of the medical organization to partner with the Summit Community Healthcare Foundation to build an estimated $83MM 100,000 square-foot, 25-bed hospital in Park City, UT.
