We measure our success by our clients' success, and occasionally structure our fees based on improving our client's profits. In tradeoffs between our interests and our client's, the client always comes first.

Six Sigma methodology is especially helpful to measure client success; when well applied Six Sigma metrics are difficult to "game," and are quick to alert of a return to former ways.
