We teach using true "learning by doing." Training is an important part of any Lean Six Sigma program. We have trained hundreds of people in both Lean and Six Sigma, from Plant Managers to Finance Managers to Mechanics and Welders, in both union and non-union locations. Because studies have shown that concepts must be internalized within 72 hours of a learning session to be effective, training is closely matched to the need at hand. Concepts are introduced only when the participant can see how to apply them and know why.
