Kawasaki ensures the proper torque value is used for each model of motorcycle by incorporating a light next to the proper torque wrench for that model. As the motorcycle passes by the work station on a moving line, a bar code reader determines the bike model and causes a light next to the correct torque wrench to illuminate.
