As former Plant Managers, we at Kisling Consultants have used all of the concepts and tools that we employ in consulting, and are aware of their benefits and limitations. We use relevant examples from the client's work place to ensure the understanding of each. We strongly recommend training concurrent with Kaizen event implementation, to solidify the concept for the students. It also ensures the selection of the correct tool, so that the student can select the correct tool on his own after we have left, and know how to use it.
